溶色（1999.2.23）


桃の花は
水がゆれるたびに
色を溶かす
花びらの雨というのは
どこか定型的な空だけど
たびたび見上げることになる

それは
齢が
祝われるのでも卑下されるのでもない
ほかい人が
筵の笠を持ってくるのでもなく
姫がお茶にくるのでもない

垣根のそばに一列に植えられた花桃の
幹にはゼリー状の樹液が
こごっている

その通路を越えて
右に雪柳を見ながら
等速度で
竹薮のほうに抜ける
