生活と芸術―アーツ＆クラフト展（続）

　東京都美術館における、この展覧会には、ウイリアム・モリスが、1859年に結婚した時に建てた新居「Red　House」の写真が展示してありました。それを模倣して建てられたという、金沢の「ステンドグラス美術館」に数年前に行きましたが、それと全く同じ外観でしたので驚くというか、嬉しかったというか？……というわけで、過去ログから写真を探し出してみました。モリスの壁紙が貼られ、大小の窓がすべて宗教画のステンドグラスで出来ていました。小さな教会のような美術館でした。
